Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to work on a 10-month contract, with a competitive hourly rate of $59.00 to $61.00. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming data into meaningful formats for operational and decision-making purposes. You will work closely with senior analysts and managers to gather and interpret data, modify reports, and create visual presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Transform data into meaningful formats for operational and decision-making purposes
Work with senior analysts and managers to gather and interpret data for leaders to make data-driven decisions
Modify reports to make them valuable, readable, and presentable to stakeholders
Assist in the preparation of visual reports/presentations to present analysis to management
Interpret, analyze, and provide insights to teams and managers to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities
Perform data analysis to help achieve data automation and create and maintain databases to classify and store information
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
5 years of experience in Data Analytics or related roles in Finance or Banking
Experience in Fraud or Claims analysis
Proficiency in Python, SQL, or PySpark
Strong knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL), Statistical Analysis System (SAS), SAS Enterprise Miner, and applicable Microsoft Office applications
Experience with Power BI intelligence Software
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Any leadership experience
Experience with Data Navigator
