In this role, you will leverage customer data to inform risk models and uncover sales optimization opportunities. You’ll partner closely with risk, product, and sales teams to translate data insights into actionable business strategies that drive growth and keep risk in check.This is a full-time remote position. What you will do: Identify patterns and trends that signal sales opportunities and potential product improvementsMonitor KPIs for credit performance, product performance, and customer retentionPartner with risk management, product, and sales leadership to translate analytical insights into strategic initiativesProvide ad-hoc analyses and support data-driven decision-making across the organizationPrepare clear, compelling data visualizations and presentations to communicate findings to non-technical teamsUse Git/GitLab for version control and collaborative code reviewsContainerize analytical applications with Docker for reproducibility About you Strong analytical and logical reasoning sills with an ability to break down complex problem
Python (intermediate): Pandas, NumPy, Pydantic, FastAPI, Pytest
SQL: Advanced querying in PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQLExperience with analytical notebooks/environments (Jupyter, Google Colab)Version control using Git/GitLabExcellent verbal and written communication in English. Nice-to-have: Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and model evaluationHands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., S3, Redshift, SageMaker)Containerization experience with DockerPrevious experience in the fintech, lending, insurance, or payments industry
