Role Description

Saatva is seeking a highly curious and business-oriented Data Analyst to support our evolving direct-to-consumer omnichannel strategy. As Saatva continues to expand beyond digital into **offline channels—including phone sales and Viewing Rooms—**this role will play a critical part in helping the business understand performance across the full customer journey and use data to guide growth decisions.

This position is ideal for an analyst who enjoys working with complex datasets, partnering closely with cross-functional teams, and translating data into insights that shape go-to-market strategy, real estate expansion, customer retention, and operational efficiency. You will help enable stakeholders with scalable reporting and automation while contributing to a strong foundation of data quality and analytical rigor.

What You'll Do

Omnichannel & Business Analysis
• Analyze performance across digital and offline channels (eCommerce, phone, Viewing Rooms) to understand customer behavior and revenue drivers.
• Evaluate cross-channel interactions to identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Real Estate to inform go-to-market strategy, customer segmentation, and lifecycle initiatives.

Data Analysis & Modeling
• Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends and insights that drive business decisions.
• Apply statistical techniques to support forecasting for demand, revenue, customer lifetime value, and churn.

Reporting, Visualization & Enablement
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that enable self-service insights for stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs, flag performance shifts, and recommend actions.
• Automate recurring reporting and analytical workflows to improve scalability and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a direct-to-consumer, eCommerce, retail, or omnichannel environment.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Experience building dashboards and reports using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Solid analytical foundation, including experience with statistical analysis and trend identification.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear, business-relevant insights.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Python or R for advanced analysis or automation.
• Strong proficiency in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses and modern analytics stacks.
• Exposure to forecasting, predictive modeling, or experimentation frameworks.
• Experience supporting offline channels such as retail, call centers, or physical locations.
