What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing data analysis
- Stay up to date on new technologies and conduct research as necessary
- Support integration of new data sources into the data warehouse
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to facilitate data-driven decisions
- Solve complex business problems with analytically derived solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or equivalent related experience
- Three to five years' experience in an analytics role at a financial institution
- Three to five years' experience in data analysis using SQL
- Three to five years' experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other functions)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of relational database design, querying, data modeling, and data warehouse
- Advanced data gathering and data analytic skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Excellent decision-making skills
- Team player
