Extract and interpret data related to customer interactions, including service scheduling and content submissions (videos, pictures)
Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize key performance indicators and insights
Perform complex data querying and manipulation using SQL to support various analytical needs
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance application features and user experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
Must have competences ⢠Proficiency in SQL ⢠Proficiency in Tableau Fluency in Croatian or Bosnian or Serbian or Montenegrin
⢠Fluency in English Nice to have competences - Additional information This is a full-time, remote position, with potential office presence in Zagreb required for 1-2 days every 3 months for PI planning. The engagement is from ASAP until December 31st, 2025. Required languages include Croatian or Bosnian or Serbian or Montenegrin, and English.
