Key Responsibilities:
Create, run, and maintain recurring reports, as well as ad-hoc reports, focusing on clinical care and other areas.
Provide advanced analytical support for business operations across claims, provider data, member data, clinical data, HEDIS, pharmacy, and external reporting.
Extract, load, model, and reconcile large datasets across multiple system platforms and sources.
Analyze data to determine operational impacts, identify issues, trends, and areas for improvement, and escalate findings to management.
Develop reports and deliverables for management and ensure compliance with federal and state deliverable reporting requirements.
Assist with training and mentoring other Data Analysts and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
4+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience, with healthcare experience preferred.
Experience managing projects or heavy involvement in project implementation.
Preferred Skills:
Strong SQL skills.
Strong Excel skills.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Strong analytics skills and inquisitiveness.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
