Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst II to join our Patient Support Services team at IQVIA, a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights, and healthcare intelligence. As a remote Data Analyst II, you will play a critical role in analyzing complex business problems and providing actionable insights to drive informed decision-making. You will work closely with internal project teams and external clients to deliver high-impact analysis and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support solution development for internal and external client project teams
Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to inform recommendations
Construct impact assessments using business data and market knowledge
Design and produce reports and analyses using system reporting tools and data visualization techniques
Verify data accuracy and completeness, and manipulate and transform data to optimize analyses
Conduct audits to ensure conformance with established procedures and resolve routine issues
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
3+ years of experience working with pharmaceutical data or similar industry
Advanced data analysis skills, with proficiency in Microsoft software tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access)
Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI
Knowledge of financial reporting and industry trends
Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage time efficiently
