Key Responsibilities: Driving Business Growth through Data-Driven Insights


Develop and deliver key analysis on product features and customer experiences, identifying trends and areas for improvement
Design, execute, and analyze experiments in collaboration with product and engineering teams to drive product enhancements
Analyze customer and business performance, investigating root causes and providing actionable insights to stakeholders
Create interactive dashboards, visualizations, and analysis applications to communicate complex data insights effectively
Implement experimentation best practices and statistical analysis to drive product improvements and business growth
Lead technical initiatives and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven solutions to business problems, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills


Essential Qualifications: The Skills and Expertise We're Looking For


3+ years of experience in product analysis and feature development, with a strong background in data analysis and interpretation
Strong skills in SQL and data visualization, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets
Experience with product feature testing and experimentation, with a solid understanding of statistical analysis and experimentation best practices
Highly focused on delivering results for internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights


Preferred Qualifications: Nice to Have


A strong interest in sports, with a passion for the sports gaming industry
Prior experience in the daily fantasy sports or sports betting industries, with a deep understanding of the market and its trends
Experience with experimentation tools like Amplitude, Statsig, Mixpanel, etc., with a solid understanding of their applications and limitations
A solid background in probability and statistics, with the ability to apply statistical concepts to real-world problems

At Underdog, we offer a competitive salary range of $122,000 to $135,000, plus target equity, to attract top talent. Our benefits package includes:
