Position Overview We are seeking a Data Analyst with 3 4 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and decision support. This client-facing role requires someone adept at transforming raw data into actionable insights using SQL, Python, and modern BI tools. You will collaborate with stakeholders across business and engineering to uncover trends, support strategic initiatives, and drive data-informed decisions. Key Responsibilities Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful business insights and support data-driven strategies Write complex SQL queries to manipulate, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple sources Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of analytical outputs Leverage Python for advanced data analysis, automation, and integration with data pipelines Interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets to influence business outcomes Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences Contribute to data governance practices and documentation standards Required Skills & Experience 3 4 years of experience in a Data Analyst or Senior Analyst role Strong command of SQL for querying, joining, and aggregating data Solid experience with Python for data analysis, visualization, and scripting Proficiency with modern BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) Strong analytical mindset with experience in hypothesis testing, data exploration, and KPI tracking Ability to work independently and collaboratively with both technical and business stakeholders Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and working knowledge of platforms like Snowflake or BigQuery Experience translating business questions into analytical solutions Nice to Have Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) Knowledge of dbt or ETL concepts for data transformation Exposure to predictive analytics or machine learning workflows Consulting background or experience in a multi-client environment Understanding of data quality and compliance frameworksEmployers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
