What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor various inboxes and address the needs of the internal customer base
- Query data to fulfill various ad-hoc data requests
- Identify and analyze trends to present findings to peers and managers
- Design, develop, and deploy KPIs to track service quality, productivity, frequency, and severity
- Manage multiple projects and communicate effectively on progress and challenges
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in a traditional data or analytics corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent skills in Tableau and SQL; Tableau/SQL certification is a plus
- Some experience with Python and Jupyter Notebooks
- Ability to analyze, organize, and shift priorities to meet managerial needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in Tableau or SQL
- Experience in developing KPIs and data reports
- Prior experience in a customer service-oriented environment
- Familiarity with statistical analysis methodologies
- Strong organizational and communication skills
