What You’ll Be Doing: Analyze every facet of our banking products, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities;Lead exploratory data analysis to deepen our understanding of customer behavior;Map and optimize the customer journey across lifecycles and touchpoints;Propose bold new products and initiatives, backed by insights and intuition;Collaborate with designers and product teams to prototype new customer flows;Translate complex datasets into clear stories that guide strategic decisions.
