Job Description • You will develop practical concepts along the entire data value chain, from the data basis to analytics and the use of generative AI. • Assessing the maturity level of organizations in the area of data management and data & AI literacy and locating the potentials and challenges along the data value chain • Advising companies on the development towards data-driven organizations, including identification of potentials, analysis and derivation of technical and organizational requirements as well as presentation of business added value. • Communication and collaboration with various stakeholders from business and IT at different hierarchical levels of clients in order to understand requirements and communicate solutions in a targeted manner. • Designing, developing and implementing data solutions in collaboration with Nagarro experts using modern cloud services, especially hyperscaler technologies and integrated data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake. • Accompanying transformation projects from strategy development and implementation to the introduction and application of new data & AI use cases • Conducting workshops and presentations for decision-makers in the context of sales and project situations. __________________________________ • Du entwickelst praxisnahe Konzepte entlang der gesamten Data Value Chain von der Datengrundlage über Analytics bis hin zum Einsatz generativer KI. • Bewertung des Reifegrads von Organisationen im Bereich Datenmanagement und Data & AI Literacy sowie Verortung der Potenziale und Herausforderungen entlang der Data Value Chain. • Beratung von Unternehmen bei der Entwicklung hin zu datengetriebenen Organisationen, inklusive Identifikation von Potenzialen, Analyse und Ableitung technischer und organisatorischer Voraussetzungen sowie Darstellung des geschäftlichen Mehrwerts. • Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern aus Business und IT auf verschiedenen Hierarchieebenen der Kunden, um Anforderungen zu verstehen und Lösungen zielgerichtet zu vermitteln. • Konzeption, Entwicklung und Implementierung von Datenlösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Nagarro-Fachleuten unter Nutzung moderner Cloud-Services, insbesondere Hyperscaler-Technologien und integrierter Datenplattformen wie Databricks und Snowflake. • Begleitung von Transformationsprojekten von der Strategieentwicklung über die Umsetzung bis hin zur Einführung und Anwendung neuer Data & AI Use Cases. • Durchfuhrung von Workshops und Präsentationen für Entscheidungsträger im Rahmen von Vertriebs- und Projektsituationen. Qualifications • Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, data science, industrial engineering or a comparable degree program. • 5-10 years of professional experience in comparable positions • Sound understanding of the data value chain from data engineering, analytics, machine learning to the use of generative AI. • Proficient in modern data architectures and cloud-native solutions, with hands-on experience in AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, and Snowflake. Skilled in designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines and data lakes. • Experienced in Python and SQL for data engineering and machine learning tasks. Strong understanding of data governance and AI regulations, with the ability to implement necessary structures and processes to ensure compliance and data integrity. • Analytical thinking and a structured way of working, coupled with a high level of customer orientation. • Flexibility and willingness to travel in order to accompany sales activities and customer projects on site. • Very good written and spoken German and English. __________________________________ • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Data Science, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang. • 5-10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Positionen. • Erfahrung mit modernen Datenarchitekturen und führenden Cloud-Datenplattformen wie AWS, Azure, GCP sowie Tools wie Databricks und Snowflake. • Kenntnisse in Python und SQL für Datenengineering und maschinelles Lernen. Verständnis für Daten-Governance und KI-Regulierung, einschließlich der Umsetzung notwendiger Strukturen und Prozesse. • Ausgeprägte Beratungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude am Kundenkontakt, um komplexe technische Inhalte verständlich zu vermitteln und auf unterschiedliche Gesprächspartner einzugehen. • Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit einer hohen Kundenorientierung. • Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft, um Vertriebsaktivitäten und Kundenprojekte vor Ort zu begleiten. • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
