Join our Data Operations Team in Zagreb as a Data Administrator, where no prior data experience is required—just a keen interest and willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities: Perform manual data entry and maintenance based on provided updates.Collect data for business research purposes.Prepare D&B reports and conduct thorough reporting.Conduct telephone interviews with researched companies.Ensure data quality by identifying and screening data anomalies, including company data verification and financials.Identify and detect application errors.Suggest new ways to improve the quality of data entry processes.Interact with our Worldwide Network D&B partners.Collaborate with various teams across the company. Qualifications: An economics background is beneficial.Knowledge of basic business terminology.Proficiency in Microsoft 365.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical reasoning skills.Comfortable with detailed, administrative, and sometimes repetitive work.Native Croatian speaker with fluency in written and spoken English.
