Data & Accounting Specialist
BoulderCentre for Orthopedics & Spine is seeking a Data & Accounting Specialist to support the financial accuracy of implant-related activities across their surgery centers. The role involves managing data entry, processing transactions, and reconciling case usage and vendor invoices to ensure accurate financial reporting.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate case-specific implant needs for scheduled surgical cases in collaboration with Materials Managers, Implant specialists, and clinical leadershipConfirm accurate case usage records to related vendor invoicing to ensure the proper price, quantity and partCoordinate with vendor representatives regarding products used, and order discrepanciesServe as a point of contact for implant vendors and representatives for assigned casesEnsure accurate documentation of implants and supplies used during each caseProvide support to Implant Procurement and Billing Specialist for billing, patient case invoicing, and purchasingAssist with implant and supply billing to the affiliated surgery centersSupport reconciliation of case usage documentation to billing recordsAssist with resolving vendor questions related to implant usage, payment, and creditsParticipate in process improvements related to implant coordination and case readinessFollow surgery center and organizational policies related to implants, vendors and documentationMaintain organized case and implant coordination recordsOther duties as assignedSkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage changing case schedules and competing prioritiesIntermediate or higher level of skill with ExcelAssociate's degree in business, healthcare administration or a related fieldExperience with: Sage Intacct (or comparable ERP), medical inventory or implant management systems (e.g., Envi), healthcare clinical or billing systems (e.g., HST)Familiarity with implants, medical supplies, or physician-driven purchasing environmentsExperience supporting multi-entity or multi-location organizationsBenefitsBasic Life/AD&D βGuardian16 days of PTO per year7-7.5 paid holidays per yearEAP401(k) Safe Harbor ContributionMedicalHSA and FSADentalVisionShort-Term DisabilityVoluntary Life and AD&DFlex Spending AccountsGeneral Purpose Healthcare FSAOptional Protection Benefits (Accident, Hospital Indemnity, Cancer Care and Critical Illness Insurance)401KCompany OverviewOur doctors have remained the region's dedicated bone, joint, and muscle experts since 1968.
