We are seeking a strategic and analytically strong
• *DAO Incentives & Treasury Economist**
to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This role is focused on designing sustainable incentive mechanisms, optimizing token emissions, and managing treasury strategy for decentralized organizations.
You will model token flows, evaluate governance proposals, and develop capital allocation frameworks to ensure long-term protocol sustainability. Working closely with governance, product, and treasury contributors, you will align incentives across stakeholders while balancing growth, liquidity, and risk.

• *Qualifications**
• Strong background in economics, tokenomics, game theory, or financial modeling
• Proven experience designing or analyzing token incentive mechanisms and emission schedules
• Solid understanding of DAO governance, treasury management, and capital allocation frameworks
• Experience working with DeFi protocols, staking systems, liquidity incentives, and on-chain financial models
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex on-chain data
• Proficiency in financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel, Python, or similar analytical tools)
• Ability to evaluate risk, sustainability, and long-term economic alignment
• Strong written communication skills, including drafting governance proposals and economic reports
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus)
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced Web3 environment
• *Compensation & Benefits**
• **Base salary:**
USD 150,000 - USD 200,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Performance-based bonus tied to protocol growth and treasury performance
• Token incentives or long-term governance participation
