HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY Work collaboratively with front‑of‑house staff to ensure a positive guest experience and consistent food quality.Prepare, cook, and execute recipes accurately across all kitchens.Create new, innovative, and imaginative dishes as needed.React quickly and resolve issues in the absence of the Sous Chef.Provide support, foster teamwork, and conduct business professionally at all times.Regularly inspect all food stations to ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with standards.Supervise kitchen employees during shifts when the Sous Chef is not present to ensure smooth operations.Assist in covering vacancies within line‑level culinary positions as needed.ResponsibilitiesADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 poundsAbility to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and twist for extended periodsAbility to work with hot equipment, sharp tools, and kitchen chemicals safelyAbility to work in a smoking environmentMust be able to work in high‑heat areas for extended periodsAssist with administrative duties including ordering, receiving, prep lists, and par levelsQualificationsWHAT YOU WILL NEEDMust be 21 years of age or olderProficient in English, verbal and writtenAbility to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume kitchen environmentStrong culinary knowledge and ability to execute recipes accuratelyFlexible to work various shifts, outlets, weekends, and holidaysPrior culinary experience required; leadership experience preferred
