They are seeking a Business Development Assistant to support lead generation and prospect engagement for Acrobatic Arts and Tap Roots, contributing to the growth and expansion of their B2B ecosystem by connecting with dance studios and independent teachers. Responsibilities Research and identify new leads including dance studios, independent teachers, and prospective customers across North America Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social media to generate interest and initiate conversations Follow up with prospects in a timely, organized, and professional manner to move them through the pipeline Schedule discovery calls and meetings on behalf of the Director of Community and Marketing Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, tracking lead activity, pipeline progress, and communication history Support the sales team by ensuring qualified leads are contacted, engaged, and moved toward scheduled conversations Skills Experience in lead generation and prospect engagement Strong communication skills for outbound outreach via email, phone, and social media Ability to follow up with prospects in a timely and organized manner Experience in scheduling calls and meetings Proficiency in maintaining accurate records in a CRM Ability to track lead activity and communication history Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to representing the organization with professionalism and care Benefits Competitive retirement benefits available for all employees at Ensemble Performing Arts.
