The Role: Inside Sales Representative
This is not an order-taking role.
This is a high-activity, high-ownership, high-growth sales role for someone who:

You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to executives at small and mid-market companies and booking qualified meetings for our AI Workshops and AI Agent engagements.

What Youll Be Responsible For
1. Outbound Prospecting (Primary Focus)
Make 60–100 outbound calls per day to targeted decision-makersExecute structured cold call campaigns into defined verticalsFollow up persistently via phone, email, and LinkedInTurn not now into tell me more
2. Lead Qualification
Identify executive-level pain points (profitability, inefficiency, data silos, manual processes)Qualify prospects for AI Readiness and AI Performance WorkshopsBook meetings directly on executive calendars
3. CRM Discipline
Track all activity in CRM (calls, emails, conversations, outcomes)Maintain clean pipeline recordsFollow defined sales cadence sequences
4. Revenue Contribution
Hit weekly activity KPIsHit monthly meeting quotasContribute directly to pipeline growth
What Success Looks Like
Within 30 Days:
Fully ramped on messagingConfident on cold callsBooking consistent meetings

Required Experience
1–3 years in inside sales, BDR, SDR, or high-activity outbound rolesProven experience making high volumes of cold callsStrong verbal communication skillsAbility to speak confidently with executivesExperience using CRM tools
