The Vice President, Corporate Communications is a senior executive leadership role responsible for shaping, advancing, and executing Dairy MAX’s enterprise-wide communications strategy with a strong emphasis on organizational strategy, long-range planning, and stakeholder alignment. This role ensures communications are not only reflective of the organization’s priorities but actively drive understanding, alignment, and confidence across farmers, boards, partners, and external stakeholders. Partnering closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and senior leadership team, this role translates complex business strategies, investments, and outcomes into clear, compelling narratives that connect enterprise priorities to on-farm impact and industry advancement. The VP serves as a key architect of Dairy MAX’s strategic voice, ensuring consistency, clarity, and credibility across all audiences, including an increased focus on investor relations and external financial storytelling. This leader is the steward of Dairy MAX’s reputation, brand, and strategic narrative, driving proactive, forward-looking communications that reinforce trust, transparency, and long-term value.
