DACVIM Veterinarian Recruiter

Remote Full-time
Description Specialty Veterinarian Recruiter – DACVIM Focus (Remote) At Innovetive Petcare, we’re more than a network of veterinary hospitals — we’re a community built on collaboration, excellence, and a shared passion for advancing veterinary medicine. With 80+ locations across the United States, we’re dedicated to supporting our teams in delivering the highest standard of veterinary care. We’re looking for a Specialty Veterinarian Talent Acquisition Consultant with a focus on DACVIM (Diplomates of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine) talent acquisition. In this role, you will connect with, engage, and hire top veterinary specialists in internal medicine, cardiology, oncology, and neurology across our network of hospitals. You’ll be the bridge between world-class candidates and our thriving specialty practices, ensuring we continue to attract doctors who share our vision for innovation and compassionate care. What You'll Do • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and attract DACVIM veterinarians. • Partner with hospital leadership to understand hiring needs, practice culture, and role requirements. • Build and maintain a robust network of veterinary specialists through LinkedIn, professional associations, conferences, and targeted outreach. • Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offers. • Represent Innovetive Petcare at veterinary conferences, networking events, and online forums. • Maintain accurate candidate tracking in our applicant management system (Pinpoint) and candidate relationship management system (Salesforce). What We're Looking For: • Proven veterinary specialist recruiting experience. • At least 3 years of recruiting experience. • Strong understanding of veterinary specialties, with knowledge of DACVIM disciplines (Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Neurology, Oncology). • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and networking skills. • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote environment. • Willingness to travel occasionally to veterinary conferences, veterinary medicine campuses, and for hospital visits. Why Join Us? • Competitive salary + annual bonus. • Remote flexibility with collaborative team support. • Opportunities to attend major veterinary conferences and connect with leaders in the field. • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and more. • A mission-driven culture that values expertise, collaboration, and innovation. If you’re ready to help shape the future of veterinary specialty care by connecting exceptional DACVIM doctors with hospitals where they can thrive, we’d love to hear from you.
