Job Description:
As a D365 Architect at [Company Name], you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, with a focus on customer service, marketing, and CRM. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards of performance, scalability, and usability.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for customer service, marketing, and CRM.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of D365 applications.

Create technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and deployment guides.
Stay updated with the latest D365 features, updates, and industry trends.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a D365 Architect, with a strong focus on customer service, marketing, and CRM.
Proficiency in C# and .NET framework.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) applications and ecosystem.
Experience with D365 customizations, configurations, and extensions.
Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 certification(s).
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Familiarity with Azure services and cloud architecture.
Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
