Job Description: Seculore is seeking an aggressive, results-driven Regional Sales Representative who’s ready to dominate the cybersecurity sector. This is not a role for the faint of heart—we want a hunter who thrives on closing deals, expanding our market reach, and driving revenue growth through relentless direct sales efforts. You’ll develop and execute winning sales strategies, forge unbreakable client relationships, and smash your sales targets. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you'll be at the forefront of our growth.

Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy Development:
• Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies aligned with Seculore’s bold goals.
• Identify and target high-potential clients within the public safety sector, leaving no stone unturned.
• Leverage channel partners to amplify direct sales efforts, relentlessly driving inbound leads and closing sales.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Establish and dominate strong relationships with key clients, including emergency services and government agencies.
• Be the expert they turn to—provide decisive product training and support to ensure clients are empowered to leverage Seculore’s solutions to their fullest.
• Sales Execution:
• Drive exponential revenue growth by fearlessly promoting Seculore’s cybersecurity solutions.
• Set aggressive sales targets, track performance, and constantly analyze data to find every opportunity for improvement.
• Stay ahead of the curve—keep an eagle eye on market events and technological advancements to outpace competitors.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work hand-in-hand with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to propel sales initiatives to the next level.
• Collaborate on the creation of impactful collateral and hard-hitting campaigns that drive demand and lead generation.
• Market Expansion:
• Relentlessly pursue new market opportunities and assert Seculore’s presence at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Be the face of Seculore, passionately promoting our brand and solutions in every interaction.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-stakes sales environment, ideally within the public safety or cybersecurity sectors.
• Proven track record as a closer—consistently exceeding sales targets and driving unmatched revenue growth.
• A true hunter mentality with demonstrated success winning in a hot space against tough, discerning customers.
• Strong understanding of the public safety market and deep knowledge of cybersecurity solutions.
• Demonstrated technical prowess to understand complex product offerings, communicate their advantages convincingly, and tackle technical challenges head-on.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills that close deals.
• Self-starter who thrives independently and shines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
