• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS), and technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, IAM, SIEM, endpoint protection, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and technical teams.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
• CISSP, CISM, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications.
• Experience with cloud security projects (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Benefits
• Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
• Fully remote work with flexible hours.
• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
• Generous paid time off and holidays.
• Ongoing professional development and certification support.
• A collaborative, innovative, and inclusive work culture.
