This position is the creative force behind our global awareness program, helping teams across the company stay sharp, informed, and ready to tackle cyber threats. A Day in The Life Typically Includes: Build the Program: Design and roll out a global cybersecurity awareness strategy that speaks to everyone - from developers and IT teams to execs and new hires. Create Cool Content: Develop engaging, bite-sized content using gamification, storytelling, and multimedia. Think videos, nudges, memes, and interactive challenges. Deliver with Impact: Use modern platforms and channels to get your message across - fast, fun, and effective. Leverage microlearning, internal social tools, and creative campaigns. Measure What Matters: Run phishing simulations, track KPIs, and analyze behavior to see what's working - and tweak what's not. Collaborate Across Teams: Work with HR, Comms, and Learning to embed security awareness into onboarding, training, and culture. Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep tabs on the latest threats, trends, and tech to keep content fresh and relevant. Engage Stakeholders: Build strong relationships, manage expectations, and show the value of your work through clear communication and results. Basic Qualifications: Experience with awareness platforms, SharePoint, and internal wikis. Experience creating engaging content. Experience analyzing complex datasets to identify trends and translating findings. Experience writing and presenting to a variety of audiences. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and frameworks. Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with developers in technical environments. CISM, CISSP, CISA, or CompTIA Security+ certifications. Familiarity with tools like Viva Engage and ProofPoint, Wiki and Jira. Experience working with global teams. Experience using generative AI to boost creativity and efficiency.
