The Opportunity
Join CACI, a recognized leader in delivering innovative solutions for the nation's most critical missions. We are seeking a Chief of DSLM Cybersecurity and IT to play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and posture of our Space Mission Systems.
In this leadership position, you will oversee teams with deep expertise in Information Technology and Cybersecurity, driving excellence in budget execution, task planning, and risk management. As a key leader on the DSLM Program, you will ensure the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of the DoD Satellite Control Network (SCN)-supporting both sustainment and modernization of mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities
• Serve as Cost Account Manager for your Cybersecurity and IT team, ensuring accurate financial planning and execution.
• Lead and mentor IT and Cybersecurity Managers supporting the DSLM program.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the DSLM portfolio to maintain mission assurance.
Qualifications

Required:
• Proven experience leading large teams supporting DoD contracts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and execute projects/taskings with annual budget of >$2M or more.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a secret level US Govt security clearance
• Experience with cybersecurity and IT functions
• Ability to develop relationships with Govt counterparts
Desired:
• PMP Certification a plus.
• Experience with DoD programs operating in IL4/IL5/IL6 environments.
• Background in leading teams supporting Space Systems Command (SSC) contracts.
• Satellite Control Network (SCN) experience desired

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$90,300-$189,600
