Our projects include Kyora IQ, a cybersecurity education and talent platform that provides instructor-led courses, mentorship, and hands-on experience designed to prepare professionals for real-world cybersecurity work. We are seeking an entry-level Cybersecurity Analyst who is eager to learn, gain hands-on experience, and grow into a long-term role supporting our consulting projects and clients.Position SummaryThe Cybersecurity Analyst will assist in monitoring, analyzing, and improving security operations across our internal environments. The role includes structured learning and mentorship through the Kyora IQ platform, beginning November 1, 2025. Key Responsibilities • Monitor and analyze security alerts, logs, and incidents to identify potential threats. • Support security assessments, vulnerability reviews, and risk documentation. • Assist with compliance activities involving frameworks such as NIST 800-53 and ISO 27001.• Participate in incident response preparation and post-incident reporting. • Contribute to research, training, and awareness materials used within Kyora IQ. • Collaborate with senior analysts to improve security posture and documentation. Qualifications • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience). • Foundational understanding of network, endpoint, and cloud security concepts. • Familiarity with security tools (such as bolthires Defender, Sentinel, or similar) is helpful.• Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn in a collaborative environment.
