Job Description
We're searching for an exceptional Computer Programmer Lead who can grow with the company and has 8+ years of hands-on experience to join our team in Arlington, VA.
Main Responsibilities:
Ā Ensure computer programmers create, modify, and test code and scripts that allow computer applications to run.
Ā Validate specifications drawn up by software and web developers for the team.
Ā Develop and write computer programs to store, locate, and retrieve documents, data, and information.
Ā Mentor a team of junior, journeymen and senior software developers to write and maintain software for the OM&S program.
Ā Ensure the team programs, configures, tests and fixes bugs within OM&S software.
Requirements:
Ā Expertise in one or more programming languages is required.
Ā Ability to apply advanced methodologies as applicable to Operations, Maintenance and Sustainment (OM&S) of Mission Partner Environments (MPE).
Ā Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 15 years' experience.
