Key Responsibilities: Conduct In-Person Training Sessions: Deliver high-quality, engaging training sessions on Operation Vulcan Logic, focusing on the Risk Management Framework (NIST 800-37 r2) and its implementation. Ensure that training sessions are tailored to meet the specific needs of diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders. Content Development: Create and update training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and case studies. Collaborate with instructional designers and content developers to enhance training programs and ensure that materials are accurate, relevant, and effective. Assess Training Effectiveness: Evaluate the effectiveness of training through feedback and metrics. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field is required. Cyber Security Knowledge: Strong knowledge of DoD Cybersecurity Policies, Information Security, NIST, and the Risk Management Framework is essential. Engineering Background: An engineering background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts is highly desirable. Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role. Microsoft Office Tools: Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Tools, particularly PowerPoint, is required.
