Under general supervision, develop cyber-intelligence solutions to prevent internal or external attacks or attempts to infiltrate company email, data, e-commerce and web-based systems.Essential FunctionsAbout the Role - Fundamental understanding of IAM principles and concepts, capable of supporting on premise and cloud-based Identity servicesSystems integration and distributed systems developmentService Oriented Architecture/Web ServicesDirectory Services such as LDAP and Active Directory, and integration of Directory ServicesSingle Sign On, Identity Federation, and Role Based Access Control conceptsAdvanced authentication concepts like multi-factor, risk based, and adaptive authenticationModern Development skills are preferred (ie Java, Springboot, Cloud)Experience in Sailpoint IIQ and ISC a plusExperience with Agile & SAFe frameworkAbility to build strong working relationships across functional teamsAbility to lead change with high energy and a strong focus on the missionAbility to guide and support team membersGood communication skills and teamwork are a mustPerform other duties as assigned.Minimum EducationBachelor's degree in computer science, information systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.Minimum ExperienceTwo (2) years of experience in IT information security.Domicile Information This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need. Preference is to by hybrid in Memphis, TN or another corporate FedEx office.Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential.
