CVS is looking to hire an experienced Backend Developer for their Web Development team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to building and maintaining the robust backend systems for CVS's online platforms.
As a Backend Developer at CVS, you will be responsible for developing server-side logic, ensuring high performance, and optimizing applications for scalability. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain scalable and efficient server-side web applications
Work with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and manage data storage and retrieval
Integrate APIs and third-party services into the backend systems
Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless interaction between backend and frontend
Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues quickly and efficiently
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Ensure the security and scalability of backend systems
Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and continuously improve coding standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

2+ years of experience in backend web development (preferred)
