Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
Excellent typing skills (minimum 60 words per minute)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Prior data entry experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
Input and update data into databases and customer management systems
Verify the accuracy of data before it is entered
Review data for discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly
Follow data program techniques and procedures for data entry
Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive information
Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency
Attend regular training sessions and team meetings
