Position Overview – Teller (Chatham Branch)
As a Teller at the arenaflex Chatham branch, you will be the face of the bank, delivering courteous, accurate, and efficient service to every customer who walks through our doors. Your role will blend traditional cash‑handling responsibilities with modern digital channel support, ensuring that each interaction reflects arenaflex’s high standards of integrity, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Greet members warmly, assess their needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with arenaflex’s product suite.
Execute Transactional Duties Accurately: Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other routine banking activities with precision and speed.
Maintain Daily Cash Balances: Reconcile cash drawers at the start and end of each shift, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
Identify Referral Opportunities: Actively listen for cues that indicate a member could benefit from additional arenaflex services (e.g., savings accounts, credit products, wealth management tools) and refer them to the appropriate specialist.

Essential Qualifications
