Customer Support Trainee Responsibilities:
Ā Responds resourcefully to customer requests and concerns
Ā Market sales for client programs, products, and services
Ā Processes accurate and efficient sale and return transactions
Ā Understands and utilizes basic selling skills to properly engage and present solutions to our customers
Ā Creates an inviting environment for customers by maintaining a neat and clean store
Ā Adheres to all company policies procedures and Customer Service Representativestandards
Ā Able to multitask on assorted merchandising and sales responsibilities
Ā Performs other related duties as assigned
Customer Support Trainee Qualifications:
Ā Able to engage and speak to customers
Ā Able to work a flexible schedule
Ā Preferred skills and experience:
Ā Customer service experience in a retail environment
Ā Cashier experience
Ā Reporting to this Person: No direct reports
