You'll have the opportunity to learn about property management, HOAs, and our top-performing accounting software, as well as develop your skills in a unique blend of technology and accounting. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer support via email and phone-based tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client queries and provide proactive solutions * Develop a deep understanding of our software solutions and property management industry, enabling you to provide expert guidance and support * Utilize our support desk system to track and manage client interactions, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices * Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other support resources to enhance client experience **Essential Qualifications** * 2 years of experience in a contact center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on de-escalation techniques * Proven multitasking ability, with experience working in an omnichannel environment * Independent problem-solving skills, with a mindset for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues * Ability to work in the US without sponsorship **Preferred Qualifications** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ZenDesk * Experience with accounting and/or property management terminology * Familiarity with our top-performing accounting software and property management industry **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders * Proactive and collaborative approach to work, with a focus on delivering exceptional results * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
