As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be part of a talented team that shares your passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. **Job Summary** As a part-time Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, families, and internal stakeholders through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with our team to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide timely and accurate support to ensure our patients receive the best possible care. **Key Responsibilities** * Actively listen to and engage with callers in a professional and timely manner to determine the purpose of their calls. * Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat, providing swift, thorough, friendly, and effective customer service. * Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and expediting correction or adjustment. * Have access to personal health information ("PHI") necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities, with access to use and ability to disclose PHI defined by each organization/department. * Effectively work with others and promote teamwork to generate positive and creative results. **Work Schedule and Requirements** * Part-time position, 24 hours per week, with a schedule that includes every Saturday from 8pm to 8am and Sunday from 8pm to 8:30am. * Remote work setting, with the requirement to reside in the Columbus, OH or Pittsburgh, PA areas. * Ability to work every weekend, 3rd shift. * High school diploma or equivalent required. * One (1) year experience in customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. * Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines, and effectively handle a heavy workload. * Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnel. * Proficient in software programs and able to navigate between computer systems. * Ability to sit in front of a computer for long periods of time. * Travel required for training and onsite orientation at an office nearest to you. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly pay in the range of $16-$18. * Daily Pay Option Available. * Opportunities to pick up extra shifts occasionally during the week, 12am to 8:30am shift. * A dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth, collaboration, and innovation. * Access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. * A chance to make a meaningful difference in people's lives by delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
