About the Role: Customer Support Specialist As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer experiences via phone and email. Your expertise will be crucial in providing accurate and timely information regarding travel bookings, rebookings, and cancellations for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more. Your mission will be to tailor solutions to each customer's unique needs, ensuring their journey is seamless and enjoyable. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service through phone and email interactions, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Provide precise and up-to-date information on travel-related services, including bookings, rebookings, and cancellations, to facilitate smooth customer experiences. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, demonstrating a customer-centric approach. Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed about products and services, ensuring the delivery of accurate and relevant information to customers. Maintain a high level of productivity while adhering to quality standards, contributing to the continuous improvement of customer support processes. Essential Qualifications and Skills: To excel in this role, you must possess fluency in Danish and a good command of English. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be: Flexible and dynamic, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs. Customer-focused, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional service experiences. Proficient in using technology to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently. A team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues. Preferred Qualifications: While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be considered advantageous: Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the travel industry. Knowledge of travel industry products and services, including booking systems and travel-related software. Experience working in a remote or flexible work environment.
