Job Summary As a Customer Support Service Representative on our STAT Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients, including physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers, receive world-class support and education on our products and services. You will work in a dynamic, remote environment, handling a wide range of customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between LabCorp, customers, and patients, providing exceptional customer service and support via inbound and outbound calls, email, and other communication channels. Resolve routine customer requests and issues related to products and services, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution. Provide product education and information to customers, promoting a deep understanding of LabCorp's services and solutions. Qualify and establish new customers requesting LabCorp's products and services, ensuring a seamless onboarding process. Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions, providing accurate and timely solutions. Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies, ensuring data quality and integrity. Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance, contributing to LabCorp's continuous improvement efforts. Perform administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records, ensuring HIPAA compliance. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or GED equivalent, with previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or call center environment. Experience working in the healthcare industry, such as a physician's office or hospital, is highly desirable. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent listening and response abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with experience using Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems preferred. Courteous and customer-focused, with a strong orientation towards delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent multitasking abilities, with the flexibility to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly.
