Position Overview: Resolution Coordinator

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to fill the role of Resolution Coordinator within our Contact Center Operations division. This position is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to develop their skills in customer service while earning a competitive hourly wage of $25/hour.

As a Resolution Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling high volumes of incoming communications via phone, chat, and email. Your primary objective will be to resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of service quality. You will navigate multiple internal systems to access information, process requests, and ensure every customer receives the support they need.

This role offers multiple advancement opportunities. Based on your experience, performance, and the availability of positions, your application may also be considered for Goal Facilitator roles at Levels I, II, and III, providing a clear pathway for career progression within the organization.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our customer support team, your daily responsibilities will include:


Customer Interaction: Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chat sessions, and email correspondence from customers, store personnel, and business partners with professionalism and empathy
Issue Resolution: Navigate multiple internal systems and databases to investigate concerns, provide accurate information, and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction
Information Management: Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system, ensuring complete records for follow-up and quality assurance purposes
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of arenaflex products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate guidance
Problem-Solving: Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions, escalating complex issues when necessary while maintaining ownership of the customer experience
Relationship Building: Establish rapport with customers by listening actively, demonstrating patience, and showing genuine interest in resolving their needs
Quality Assurance: Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, resolution rates, and adherence to company policies
Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training programs, stay updated on new products and procedures, and adapt to evolving customer service technologies


Required Qualifications & Skills

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:


Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred or currently pursuing
Typing Speed: Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute (WPM) with accuracy
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Word
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally
Customer Service Orientation: Previous customer service experience is required, demonstrating the ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism
Training Commitment: Willingness and ability to successfully complete all mandatory training programs
Availability: Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Bentonville, USA area


Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems
