Key Responsibilities


Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and messages from customers, stores, and associates, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Navigate multiple systems to support responses to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Communicate effectively with customers, stores, and associates, providing clear and concise solutions to their problems.
Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, ensuring that customer satisfaction is always the top priority.
Work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, handling multiple contacts simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on products, services, and policies.
Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.


Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Word.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Successful completion of mandatory training programs.


Preferred Qualifications:


Previous customer support experience, preferably in a contact center environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
