What You'll Be Doing: Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative specializing in tax software product support, you will be the frontline ambassador for arenaflex and our client partners. Your primary objective is to deliver exceptional support experiences that leave customers feeling confident and satisfied. Here's what your role entails:

Customer Interaction Excellence

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and video chat with professionalism and empathy
Provide clear, patient guidance on software navigation and feature utilization
Assist customers in locating and accessing previous tax returns and amendments
Troubleshoot software issues and escalate complex problems when necessary
Maintain a friendly, positive tone in all communications


Technical Proficiency

Personal Computer: Desktop or laptop (tablets are not compatible with this program)
Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 11
Internet Connection: Broadband connection with a minimum recommended speed of 10 MBPS. A wired Ethernet connection is required – Wi-Fi and mobile internet are not suitable for this role.
Security: Valid, up-to-date antivirus software must be installed and running
Audio Equipment: USB headset with microphone for clear communication
Video Capability: A webcam will be provided (loaned for the duration of your contract) for video chat interactions
Workspace: Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions with an organized desk area
Professional Appearance: Must maintain a professional appearance when on camera for video calls


Schedule and Availability: Your Flexibility, Your Terms

Seasonal Position: This contract runs through April 15th, aligning with the tax season deadline
Create Your Own Schedule: You have the freedom to determine when and how much you work
Operating Hours: Available hours fall between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM CST, seven days a week
Weekday and Weekend Options: Choose to work days, evenings, weekends, or a combination that fits your lifestyle
Peak Season: January through April is our busiest period, offering increased earning opportunities
