What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve customer and candidate issues via phone, email, and chat
- Complete assigned projects from support manager
- Identify and resolve customer issues using the HireVue system
- Document and manage cases for each support interaction
- Recommend process improvements and report trends/issues to supervisor
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Positive attitude and drive for continuous improvement
- Expert reading and writing skills
- Proficient with technology and troubleshooting technical issues
- 2+ years experience in customer service; technical support experience is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to be resourceful
- Experience communicating with customers
- Flexible schedule for 24/7 customer support
- US Citizenship required for the position
