As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the face of blithequark, interacting with customers via phone and email to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. We're looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable Customer Support Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our brand. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and courteous manner Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, including manually creating customer orders, importing orders into our system, and updating shipping information Monitor and verify that orders are shipped correctly and in a timely manner across various platforms and channels Log all customer interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records Multi-task and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of productivity Perform other customer support-related tasks and administrative duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or equivalent Have 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce environment Possess excellent computer knowledge and usability, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Have experience using help desk software and remote support tools Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues in a tactful and professional manner Be able to manage your time effectively while multi-tasking and maintain a high level of productivity Type at least 50 WPM, with a high level of accuracy Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online retail operations Knowledge of customer support software and tools, such as ticketing systems and CRM software Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines What We Offer At blithequark, we offer a competitive compensation package, including: A hourly rate of $13.00 - $15.00 per hour, depending on experience A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour shift The opportunity to work from home and maintain a healthy work-life balance A dynamic and supportive work environment that values employee growth and development Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth within the company Company Culture and Work Environment At blithequark, we pride ourselves on our positive and inclusive company culture.
