Self-custodial, fast, and intuitive, UR turns complex crypto workflows into a seamless everyday experience.We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role goes beyond traditional customer support. Beside daily CS operation, you will also play a key role in ensuring support quality and helping us optimize our chatbot experience.Responsibilities:Provide timely and professional support to customers across multiple channels (Zendesk, email, chat, or Telegram if necessary).Conduct regular QA reviews of customer support interactions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and high service standards.Collaborate with the team to improve chatbot workflows, content, and performance.Assist in documenting support processes and best practices.Contribute to overall customer experience improvements by sharing insights and feedback.Requirements: At least 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support or a related role. Familiarity with Zendesk or similar support platforms. Experience in QA for customer service. Knowledge of chatbot systems (setup, optimization, or bot training). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Detail-oriented, with the ability to identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
