We also work with small to medium-sized companies in an advisory role for start-ups, M & A, restructuring and strategic planning. As the Customer Support & Live Chat Agent, you should have proven experience in a customer experience role, putting the customer first in everything you do and making sure they have a smooth customer journey. This is a role where you can really develop your career in a professional, supportive environment!DUTIES INCLUDE:
You will manage the live chat and emails, ensuring the customer has a fantastic customer journey, in line with KPI’s.
You will provide video calls to new customers using Zoom and Loom.
You will escalate customer support tickets to the dedicated teams.
You will represent the company in virtual and networking sessions.
You will use customer feedback to create new ideas.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
You should have experience in a customer service role, using live chat.
You should be someone who is looking to grow and develop professionally.
Experience using Keep, Thrive cart, Groove, Facebook & Instagram is desirable.
You should have fantastic organizational skills, with a flexible attitude.
SALARY & BENEFITS:*
A salary of up to 30k is available – an additional 1k after passing probation.
