We’re searching for a passionate and resourceful Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll be the friendly face (or voice!) for our clients, tackling their questions and managing level 1 issues while championing our values and missionThis role will be working from home permanently and during U.S. business hours specifically 9am-6pm CT.Duties and ResponsibilitiesConnect with clients via email, phone, or our support platform to provide clear and helpful solutions.Take charge of level 1 queries and smoothly hand off more complex cases to our level 2 and 3 teams.Collaborate closely with our product teams to ensure accurate and efficient responses.Clearly communicate our benefits and vision to help clients unlock the full potential of our tools.Work fluently in English and French to assist our diverse clients across North America and Europe (bonus if you speak Spanish too!).RequirementsRequirementsFluent in English and French (written and spoken).
