What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Triage, respond to, and resolve customer support cases
Troubleshoot and provide guidance on Elation EHR, Elation Billing, and Patient Passport applications via email, chat, phone, and screen share
Collaborate effectively with other members of the support team
Build expertise in all Elation products and maintain excellent attention to detail
Manage multiple tasks efficiently while demonstrating strong empathy in customer interactions
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must demonstrate empathy when working with customers
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a customer support role, particularly within healthcare technology
Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
Experience in Revenue Cycle Management or related fields
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and its regulations
