Job Role and Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for:
Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
Working collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals
Work Schedule and Shifts:
You will be working 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off, and shifts will be 24/7 rotational (day shifts for female candidates, 24/7 for male candidates).

Be an undergraduate or graduate with strong communication skills
Be open to learning and growing with our team
Be available to start immediately
