You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their inquiries, resolving their issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Document customer interactions and transactions, detailing inquiries and complaints as well as actions taken.
Work closely with other team members to meet customer service goals.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven customer support experience.
Strong phone handling and active listening skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
