Title: Customer Support Advisor - Temporary Fixed Term
Contract: Full Time Temporary Fixed Term Contract, starting 25th March 2025, ending 17th April 2025
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, except during school holidays when longer hours (8am – 6pm) will be expected.
Pay: £12.21 per hour (plus 12.07% holiday pay)
Start Date: 25th March 2025 - 17th April 2025

We are looking for a motivated and diligent Customer Service Advisor who is looking to develop their customer support skills. Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional, friendly and timely manner
Provide a high standard and level of customer service and product knowledge
To assist customers in placing their bookings
Report any customer issues to the Customer Support Manager or Supervisor
Keep meticulous records of customer communications and conversations
Admin tasks related to customer support and bookings
