What You'll Be Doing:
Reporting directly to the Team Leader, you'll:
Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, showcasing high attention to detail.
Ensure timely resolution of complex customer issues and proactively develop customer relationships.
Escalate recurring issues to Team Leaders/SMEs and relevant internal departments.
Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the customer experience.
Who We're Looking For:
If you have:
Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
1-2 years of customer service experience in a multi-channel contact center environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet applications.
A customer-centric approach with a proven ability to resolve issues.
Initiative and a 'can-do' attitude with a passion for improving customer experiences.
Desired Skills:
* Foreign language knowledge (a bonus)
* Familiarity with gaming products and applicable expertise
* Experience with multiple communication channels
